When Funnies Collide

As I sit here listening to the latest episode of the Doug Loves Movies podcast (well, technically I shut it off and threw on some tunes ’cause I can’t listen to them talk and type my own words at the same time) I feel compelled to share a Venn diagram of funniness.  Of course, I can’t be bothered to create an actual Venn diagram so you will have to print this off, cut out all the words and construct the diagram yourself.  Really, you should do that.  It’ll be fun and you can send me a picture.

This is not the requested picture, this is just some circles

Doug Loves Movies is performing a rare studio taping (instead of the usual live at the UCB theatre) in order to bank a few eps while Doug is on his Pot the Vote tour.  He is taping it with the Never Not Funny crew (Jimmy Pardo, Matt Belknap and third chair Pat Francis) at the usual NNF spot.  Awesome!  These guys have crossed over many times before and it is always fun.

Here is where it gets crazy!!  A discussion meanders from Shia LaBeouf to Topher Grace (who would be better for Wall Street 2?) and the question of what has Topher Grace been up to.  Videogum has the answer in their weekly column “Hey, What’s Up With Topher Grace?“.  Crazy, right?

Okay, not so crazy.  But funny to me.  And three great sources of modern day comedy.  Check them all out!!
